Our President Mathew P. Coyle mat@sovereignwealthsolutions.com PROFESSIONAL Mathew Coyle has spent over a decade serving clients in the financial services industry as a wealth advisor. As an independent advisor, Mat has experience helping clients in multiple areas
of personal finance. During his career, he has been a trusted advisor to enterprises ranging from a single employee to Fortune 500
organizations. He has also served as Portfolio Consultant to the University of St. Thomas Endowment Fund board of directors
- responsible for selecting and managing assets on behalf of the University of St. Thomas Endowment Fund. Mat holds the following active licensing: - State of MN,

Mat attended Drake University where he earned a Bachelors of Science in corporate
finance, and also holds a Masters degree in Economics from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. PERSONAL Mat is an avid golfer and former Division-1 collegiate tennis player. He enjoys
travel, wine, athletics, and spending time with his wife and two growing boys. He resides in Eden Prairie and was raised
in Wayzata, Minnesota.

is a 35-year veteran optometrist and corporate strategist who has started multiple organizations during his lengthy career.
Riley specializes in entrepreneurial ventures, corporate strategy, strategic coaching, and consulting for Sovereign
Wealth Solutions. Dr. Uglum is CEO of Promethean Ventures, a coaching company that provides strategic financial solutions
for private practice optometrists. In addition, he is the executive director of the National Wellness Alliance, a firm
which enables private practice doctors to grow their businesses by providing advanced technology anti-aging services
to its patients. When
he's not seeing patients, Dr. Uglum enjoys traveling, playing golf, snow skiing, aviation and spending time with his
family which has now expanded to include five grandchildren. He also speaks frequently on behalf of Promethean Ventures
and the National Wellness Alliance and has co-authored a book, The E-Myth
Optometrist with best selling business author Michael E. Gerber.

Leslie Martens,

wheelchair-bound due to polio. She understands that families rally around their loved one, but often need assistance
from others. She also knows how devastating the costs of long term care can be. Impacted by these experiences, Leslie attended St. Olaf College
in Northfield, Minnesota, where she earned a Bachelors Degree in Nursing. She worked as a physical rehabilitation nurse
in a Minneapolis hospital and then became Director of Nursing at a long term care facility. These experiences led to a career transition when she became
a Long Term Care Specialist with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network. She joined Newman Long Term Care in 2006. She
assists couples, families, business owners, employers and employees in planning for and managing the personal and financial
risks of long term care. Leslie
welcomes your interest in learning how you can protect your financial future. Using an educational approach, she is
happy to walk you through the decision making process of long term care planning. Leslie is a member of the National
Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and has earned the Certified in Long-Term Care (CLTC) professional
designation. She volunteers at her children's school, her church and the Arthritis Foundation.

an Assistant Professor of Marketing & Business Law at St Cloud State University, teaching Legal Environment Business &
Commercial Transactions. Formerly, he was an Adjunct Professor of Law for the University of St. Thomas, teaching Business
Law to Master of Business Arts candidates, as well as an Adjunct Professor of Accounting at St Kate’s, teaching Income
Tax. James founded Lange Law Offices in 2001, opening a diverse practice revolving around business litigation, state
and federal tax issues, personal injury and estate planning. Before that he was an associate for a large law firm practicing
in the national arena of insurance defense litigation involving fires, explosions, catastrophic losses, chemical spills,
and agriculturally based litigation. He traveled nationwide to investigate and litigate calamitous events, including
grain elevator explosions, commercial hog confinement fires, storage facility structural failures and chemical spills. Prior
to practicing law, James worked as a corporate accountant for a large multinational manufacturing and retail distribution
company. He also owned and operated a large commercial grain, beef, pork, and poultry farm in Iowa for over ten years.
James is a current member of The American Society
of Agricultural Engineers, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Minnesota State Bar Association, the American Association
of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants, and numerous other organizations. He holds several degrees including: Associate of Science in Technical Agriculture from Iowa State
University, a Bachelor of Arts in History from Augustana College, a Master of Arts from Augustana College, and a Juris Doctor
from William Mitchell College in St. Paul, MN.
